We're taking a few steps to insure we do our part to keep kids in our care safe.  You can help with that by reading over the parents' sheet and filling out an information sheet.  If you forget to bring it with you we'll have some at church.  You will only need to fill out an information sheet once.  Copies are available by clicking on the attachments below.
